Overview
The FIT > BUILD > LAUNCH Canvas is the foundation ofthe VelocitiPM product development workflow. It acts as the central source oftruth for your product strategy and discovery efforts. The Canvas is where youdefine the problem space, understand your customers, map out "jobs to bedone," analyze the industry landscape, and document the insights requiredto build valuable, user-centered solutions. It is the starting point foraligning teams and driving thoughtful product development.
Getting Started
1. When you complete the Product Overview, VelocitiPM’s AI Co-Pilot uses that information to auto-populate several fields within the Canvas.
2. Review the Co-Pilot-generated content to validate its accuracy and relevance.
3. Next, complete the remaining user-generated fields, using your product expertise, market knowledge, and customer insights.
4. Add supporting details such as customer segments, personas, competitive analysis, and other contextual data that will inform discovery and planning efforts.
5. This is an ongoing, iterative process. You can return to the Canvas at any point to refine, update, or remove information to ensure it remains aligned with your evolving product strategy.
